How do I place an order?

Existing customers can place an order by calling Customer Service at (210) 366-1230, or on our website.

New Business Customers – call Customer Service for assistance at (210) 366-1230 or email sales@medicalwholesale.com.  Include complete contact information, business name, address, and phone number.

How do I get a log-in to the website?

Online ordering is only available for business customers who have an open account. Call your customer service representative to request one.

Do we rent equipment or bill Medicaid/ Medicare/ any Insurance?

No, we do not rent equipment or bill insurance.

Do we deliver?

We utilize FedEx, UPS, Our Fleet, and offer Customer Pickup.

I just placed an order, can I come pick it up right away?

No, please allow us 2 hours to process the order for in-stock items.

Are you still open to the public?

No, we are a Business-to-Business distributor.
