Customer Pick Up
Allow 1 hour to have your order ready for pickup.
Shipping Policy In San Antonio
Free delivery for orders over $125.00.
Orders under $125.00 will have a $15.00 shipping charge.
Place orders by 1pm for next day delivery.
A two hour "Hot Shot" same day delivery is available for $25.00.
We utilize our own fleet of vehicles or UPS for deliveries.
Shipping Policy Outside of San Antonio but within Texas
Free delivery for orders over $250.00 (excluding heavy and oversized items such as: nutritional formulas, diapers, solutions, and some equipment).
Orders under $250 will incur a minimum $25.00 shipping charge.
Orders placed by 12:00 noon CST will ship out the same day.
Overnight or next day shipping is available with those charges added to your invoice.

Shipping Policy Outside of Texas
Free delivery for orders over $500.00 (excluding heavy and oversized items such as: nutritional formulas, diapers, solutions, and some equipment)
Orders under $500 will incur a minimum $25.00 shipping charge.
Orders placed by 12:00 noon CST will ship the same day.
We reserve the right to determine the shipping carrier with UPS being the normal preferred means.
Return Policy
A full refund or exchange for all unopened resalable items will be issued if returned within 30 days from the purchase date. Shipping charges will not be reimbursed. Please call or email a customer service representative for approval and a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) prior to returning any merchandise.
